Korina took part in the 2023 Global Hennessy My Way competition, competing against mixologists from around the world. Claiming the number 1 spot in Ireland and securing a place within the prestigious Top 50 globally.

The Hennessy My Way Competition is renowned for its focus on sustainability and memorable service rituals. Korina’s cocktail creation, Silva, is a masterpiece that captures the essence of the forest. Infused with shiitake mushrooms in Hennessy VSOP and enriched with apricots, pine, seabuckthorn, and honey, each sip takes you on a sensory journey through the woods.

For Korina, stepping into this competition was not just a professional challenge but also a personal triumph.
